Owners of the Johnstone Retrievers
Corey & Sara Johnston founded
the Johnstone Retrievers in 2020. Corey works full-time as an
Automotive Technician as well as in the home caring for & training the dogs & maintaining the property. Sara left her corporate job in October of 2020 to follow her dream & soley focus on the Johnstone Retrievers.
She handles the day to day responsibilities of caring for the
Goldens as well as the household.
In June of 2022 (after 7+ years of unexplained infertility), Corey & Sara were blessed with the birth of their son, Thomas "TJ". They share this in support of others that are going through a similar journey. You are not alone. They send their love and pray you never give up hope.
Although having a household with multiple dogs, litters & a toddler is a lot of work, Sara gets to spend her days surrounded by her beautiful Goldens & raising TJ. She truly loves every minute of it & wouldn't have it any other way. It is such a blessing.
Corey & Sara are dedicated to making their dream endeavor a success. They hope the love they have for their Goldens is contagious & you will allow them to make your life "Golden" with a Johnstone Retriever.

Charles is a dark red golden. We call him our stallion. He is tall, muscular & handsome. He comes from a long line of Goldens raised for the field as well as companionship. He is a sweet boy that loves the outdoors, playing with our other dogs, giving his Mommy kisses & jumping into his Daddy's arms.

Harlie Faith better known as "Har" or "Harlie Faye, Faye" is an American/Creme golden. She comes from a line of goldens raised for companionship, therapy & service work. She is our beautiful old soul. Ever since she was young, she has had a calm, gentle & loving temperament. She loves every person & dog she meets. She'll greet you with that sweet "golden" smile.

Emma Hope "Emmy" is a creme golden retriever. She is known as our Emmy bear. She reminds us of a polar bear with her beautiful white fur. She comes from the same line as Harlie. A long line of therapy & service dogs. Emmy LOVES to give hugs & cuddles. She is a sweet & intelligent girl.

Drew Brees is owned by a family member. He is a sire for the Johnstone Retrievers. Drew's Father is a therapy dog & his Mother is a service dog. Drew is such a calm & loving boy. He also has the cutest ears! He will be bred with Genevieve Grace & Hattie Rose.
